SHIPPING POLICIES

We at Dolce Mia are honored to ship our fine and decadent products so our whole nation can experience their extraordinary flavor and quality. We handle every order with utmost care to arrive in excellent condition for all to enjoy.

Our mascarpone cheesecakes are baked upon request then immediately frozen to preserve perfect freshness and flavor.

Currently, we are only shipping our 9" Grande cheesecakes.

Our cheesecakes are decoratively hand-wrapped in cellophane in our signature colors with a flavor card, placed in a sturdy gold tin, then placed in a heavy-duty Styrofoam insulated container to ensure maximum protection.

We use dry-ice and/or frozen cold packs depending on the time of year and destination. If there is remaining dry ice in the plastic bag, please do not handle without gloves or a towel to protect your hands; place bag of dry ice outdoors or in an open area to dissolve.

Hand-written notecards are available upon request.

We also provide premium packaging for an additional charge.

Please note that delicate toppings, such as meringue and marshmallow, are not stable enough to be shipped, but we are able to substitute with other toppings.

We ship via UPS within 2 days and each shipment is individually calculated based on weight, destination and time of day requested for delivery. (Refer to our map below to see specific UPS zones for 1 or 2 day shipment, by air or ground.) Dolce Mia will provide you with an approximate shipping cost before finalizing your order.

Please provide complete addresses with zip codes. Signatures are not required for delivery, therefore, it is best to have someone at the home/business to accept the shipment, or have it shipped to a location where someone will be able to accept shipment. We are not held responsible if no one is available at the address.

We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses. We cannot be responsible for any delays in delivery that are weather-related, caused by major holidays, or for package returns if you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

We typically ship Monday-Thursday, depending on 1 or 2 day shipping. Saturday deliveries and deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii (not all cities in these 2 states apply) are available for an additional charge. Shipments are not sent out on major national holidays.

Delivery Times are usually between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm for residential addresses and between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm for businesses.
